Why Senior Service Projects?

We believe that community service is an important aspect to a well-rounded education. It is a natural and practical product of the CRICS values. We also believe God has called and gifted our students to have a positive impact in a broken and hurting world. The Senior Service Project Initiative has been developed over many years as a capstone project for 12th Grade students to begin an intentional life of influence.

What are Senior Service Projects?

As part of the Bible Class curriculum, CRICS Twelfth grade students will spend several months creating, planning and implementing an impactful community service project which aligns with their skills and passions. Usually the project will culminate in a 1-day event during January or February. Each student will lead a team of CRICS high school students to complete the event. In total, each event will log over 100 man-hours..
