Why ?

Technology is unavoidable in the modern day. While technology is helpful in many ways, the harmful effects are being discovered more and more. Through my project, I desire to impart knowledge to families on the importance of safe technology use. Conveying information to those within Chiang Rai, Thailand, I hope my project illuminates true concerns that come from electronic devices that every individual encounters but also imparts solutions on how to make better use of the gift of technology.

What ?

For my senior project I am hosting a seminar for families and individuals in order to teach about the importance of healthy technology use. Through a one-day event, I hope to raise awareness and give resources, allowing those who attend the event to take action within their personal lives,. I desire that everyone will walk away encouraged and able to reach out to others with their knowledge.

Fundraising

I must raise 28,000 baht for my senior project. The main expenses include purchasing books as resource reference materials for those who attend, transportation for volunteers, food for helpers, and materials needed on the day of the event. This is a global issue and your donations make awareness possible. This seminar will teach individuals on the importance of safe technology use, bettering the societal health of those within Chiang Rai, Thailand.
